Return Eligibility: Customers may request a return or refund within 30 days of receiving their package, in compliance with applicable regulations regarding return timeframes. We accept return requests only if the product remains unused, in its original condition, and with its original packaging intact; or if the product is defective (provided the defect was caused by our company).

Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team within 30 days of receiving your item(s). The return package must be postmarked within 7 days of the return request being confirmed; additionally, customers are required to provide the shipping tracking number for the return package, along with clear photographs.

Refunds and Exchanges: For defective products, we will offer either an exchange (subject to stock availability) or a full refund, in accordance with the customer’s preference. Refunds will be processed within 7 business days after we have received and inspected the returned package; the funds will be credited back to the customer’s original payment account.

Return Shipping Costs: With the exception of returns resulting from product defects or errors on our part, all shipping costs associated with returns must be borne by the customer.

Exceptions: Customized products and promotional gifts are not eligible for return or cash exchange. Furthermore, if a product is damaged or missing accessories due to reasons unrelated to our company, or if the return request is submitted beyond the stipulated validity period, we will offer only a partial refund.
